Social housing takes many guises throughout the U.K and according to the ODPM, in 1999-2000, Tenure By Accomodation Types was as follows:

Given that much of the Decent Homes effort is being channelled into repairs, maintenance and improvement works, it is important to consider the profile of the current social housing stock by accomodation type.  The aforementioned table indicates the three most popular types of social housing and AEP can offer whole house solutions for space, air and water heating.  The solutions are not definitive and we have a wide range of products to suit all needs and budgets.
